Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy & M&A: Develop and drive the strategic planning process; conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling to support growth initiatives. Lead M&A efforts, including pipeline management and due diligence.
Investor Relations Strategy: Create and refine the company’s investor narrative, including quarterly earnings materials, press releases, presentations, and scripts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the investment community.
Performance Tracking: Monitor market trends and company performance against strategic goals to advise leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 5–10+ years in corporate strategy, investment banking, equity research, or investor relations.
Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis capabilities.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills for communicating complex financial and strategic information to stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).

Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate investor needs and align internal goals with market demands.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust with investors and internal partners.
Proactivity: Highly motivated with a “hustle mentality” to engage with investors, especially in high-growth companies.
