As a Technical Product Manager at LotusFlare, you will ideate, build, and launch new products, and iterate on existing ones, focusing on redefining the telecommunications industry. You will take complete ownership of products from concept to technical integration to product-market fit and drive end-to-end delivery of complex features. You'll work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to define the product roadmap and execute on delivering features. We are looking for a technical, strategic thinker who understands system architecture, executes effectively in ambiguity, and communicates with clarity. You must be comfortable bringing products to market, evolving features, and scaling the user base.
Responsibilities:
Product Management (80%)
Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-grade product features, from requirements definition to UI/UX design, and technical solutioning through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch scaling
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, system behaviours, integration flows, and API-level requirements
Contribute to product roadmap, strategy, prioritization, and execution with a technical lens
Own and prioritize the feature backlog, evaluating trade-offs and maintaining clear alignment between engineering capacity, delivery timelines, and product priorities.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement sessions with front-end development teams
Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement
Lead API-driven integration efforts and manage complex technical dependencies with frontend/backend engineering teams, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable system connectivity and delivery across operator systems
Manage cross-functional resources and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across processes, tooling, documentation, and delivery workflows to increase velocity and reduce operational friction
Client Management (20%)
Serve as the primary counterpart for senior client stakeholders, confidently articulating product decisions, architectural trade-offs, and delivery impacts.
Lead external workshops, design reviews, and integration discussions, ensuring clarity of business and technical requirements and alignment on end-to-end system behaviour
Ensure successful delivery across parallel workstreams, maintaining clear communication, resolving conflicts, and driving decisions to closure across global teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Ownership with delivery aspects for enterprise-grade software
Good understanding of system design principles, RESTful API architecture, and integration patterns
Ability to read API logs, analyze payloads, understand error patterns, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Familiarity with modern software development practices including microservices, cloud-native architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
