About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the Nomad General Manager. In this role, you will shape the product strategy and execute end-to-end from defining requirements, through design, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to bring new eSIM capabilities to market and evolve Nomad’s next generation of products.

What You’ll Do

• Define product strategy grounded in real customer and market insight - you’ll research market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, turning insights into a clear product strategy that balances user value and business outcomes.

• Own product delivery from concept to launch - you’ll lead features and initiatives from discovery through execution and release, aligning teams on scope, priorities, and success metrics. You’ll drive clear product briefs and ensure each launch is well-communicated, well-executed, and continuously improved.

• Champion customer-centric development - you’ll engage with customers and internal partners to deeply understand pain points and use cases, translating feedback into actionable product decisions. You’ll ensure customer insight is embedded throughout discovery, development, and iteration.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes - you’ll work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams to build intuitive, scalable features that meet market needs. 

• Lead execution using agile product practices - you’ll partner with engineering to maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog and support planning, refinement, and retrospectives. You’ll track progress, remove blockers, and ensure the team is focused on delivering the highest-value work.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in eSIM, mobile, MVNO, telecom, or networking — either in your current role as a PM or from prior roles in product, engineering, or marketing within these industries

• 8+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles, with a track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch

• Data- and metrics-driven — you obsess over outcomes, use KPIs and analytics to guide decisions, and continuously measure product impact to optimize both user experience and business results

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable product direction for both internal teams and customers

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

• Ability to manage dependencies, prioritize work, and ensure alignment across multiple teams, driving continuous improvement in process and delivery

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable improvements, translating strategy into execution while gaining alignment across teams
