Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Communications Manager to strengthen LotusFlare’s positioning and visibility within the telecommunications and digital transformation ecosystem. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Forrester) and associations (e.g., TM Forum, GSMA, Camara) to increase LotusFlare’s recognition, influence industry narratives, and showcase our DNO Cloud innovation.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure that our unique value propositions and product vision are consistently communicated and represented in analyst reports, awards, rankings, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyst Relations: Build and manage relationships with top industry analysts to ensure accurate, positive, and strategic representation of LotusFlare in market research reports and evaluations.
Media Relations and Visibility: Build and manage relationships with key media outlets to enhance LotusFlare's visibility within the industry and across the global market. This includes, but is not limited to, engagement with: relevant industry websites and publicitations, industry awards and recognitions, executive interviews, speaking opportunities, webinars.
Strategic Positioning: Develop and execute a yearly engagement plan with analysts and associations to maximize brand visibility, thought leadership, and category influence.
Content & External Communications: Support external press and media coordination, manage messaging consistency across channels, and oversee content syndication for thought leadership, product announcements, and PR.
Content Creation: Own the content lifecycle from ideation to distribution, ensuring all assets align with strategic marketing objectives and funnel stages. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and refining: whitepapers, executive reports, case studies.
Content Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to provide analysts with relevant product data, customer success stories, and innovation updates that highlight LotusFlare’s impact.
Industry Associations: Represent LotusFlare in key associations such as TM Forum, GSMA, Camara and others. Lead the process for award submissions, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership contributions.
Market Intelligence: Gather and synthesize insights from analyst briefings and industry forums to inform Product, Sales, and Marketing strategies.
Executive Enablement: Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and participation strategies for leadership engagements with analysts or industry committees.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize visibility around key product launches or milestones.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in analyst relations, industry partnerships, or corporate communications within the technology, telecom, or SaaS sectors.
Proven success managing relationships with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of telecommunications trends, BSS/OSS, or cloud-native software.
Experience preparing leadership briefings and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. Master’s degree preferred.
In office 3 days per week.
