Job Description and Responsibilities:
LotusFlare is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in the Belgrade office. This role requires exceptional English writing skills and a strong understanding of the telecommunications and enterprise software industries.
The Product Marketing Manager will be part of the global Marketing Team with members located in Belgrade, the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft clear messaging and unique selling propositions that distinguish LotusFlare DNO Cloud in the market.
Communicate the core ideas of LotusFlare and the value our products deliver to customers and prospects.
Plan and participate in the launch of new offerings and services across global markets.
Create marketing materials such as blog posts, website copy, case studies, product briefs, sales presentations, and POV papers to support enterprise sales efforts.
Brief analysts on new products and services being launched.
Present LotusFlare offerings to internal teams and clients, aligning on go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
Conduct surveys and interviews to gain insights into customer needs, usage patterns, and buyer personas.
Conduct market research to gain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables with Product Management to align marketing initiatives with product development cycles.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, or related fields within SaaS or technology companies.
Experience in the telecom and media industries is highly preferred.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong market research and analytical capabilities.
Experience with social media and digital marketing activities.
Strong copywriting and design sensibility for marketing materials.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for handling multiple deadlines.
Experience working across global time zones (US, Serbia, China).
In office 3 days per week.
