Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Product Designer (Mid/Senior), you will embed yourself in a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive shared vision and execution of complex B2B2C product experiences. You will work across connectivity and developer enablement spaces, tackling high-logic challenges such as pricing engines, portals, and CRM systems.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Product Design process, from defining the most compelling problems to solve, to conducting deep research to understand the problem space. We value speed and efficiency; you should be comfortable using AI tools to expedite your workflow (e.g., translating research into components) without sacrificing quality. You will be the advocate for User Experience and amplify a Human-Centered Design mindset across our growing, global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to test and launch new products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ambiguity is common.
Lead usability research and user interviews; navigate complex system requirements and translate them into intuitive flows.
Design elegant yet efficient interactions across platforms.
Produce storyboards, site maps, user flows, and prototypes to articulate functionality.
Clearly articulate your design thinking and trade-offs to senior leaders; anticipate feedback and gain alignment through storytelling.
Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners to maintain high craft standards.
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and velocity across products.
Experience designing accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
Define reusable patterns and standards
Partner with engineering through implementation to ensure design quality.
Participate in design reviews and post-launch iterations.
Partner directly with clients and external stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints, and success criteria.
Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and design reviews.
Job Requirements:
4+ years of experience in full-stack product design, specifically within high-growth SaaS or complex B2B environments. You’ve moved beyond simple landing pages and have tackled products with high "logic density."
Systems-First Architecture: You don’t just design screens; you design scalable systems. You are proficient in managing complex information architecture and multi-layered navigation for data-heavy applications (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, or Fintech portals).
Technical Literacy: You have a solid grasp of technical constraints. While you don’t need to code, you understand how API structures, database logic, and frontend frameworks influence design decisions.
A portfolio that goes beyond UI: We want to see your user journeys, research methodology, interview analysis, and the trade-offs you made during the process.
Efficiency via AI: You are an early adopter of AI-driven design workflows. You know how to leverage LLMs and AI plugins to automate repetitive tasks, generate copy, or expedite the translation of research into high-fidelity components and prototypes.
Rapid Iteration & Prototyping: Experience in a high-velocity environment. You can quickly produce everything from "back-of-the-napkin" wireframes to interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that accurately simulate complex logic and state changes.
Strategic Storytelling: You can synthesize complex design challenges into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders. You don't just present "what" you built, but "why" it will drive business impact.
Cross-platform design experience (Mobile Web, Desktop Web, Android, iOS)
Benefits we have for you:
Competitive salary package aligned with growth
Private healthcare coverage
Paid lunch (in the office)
Parking spot
Yearly performance bonus
Education budget - trainings, workshops, and mentorship program
Collaborative global team environment with opportunities for real impact
Recruitment Process:
We’ve designed a straightforward but rigorous process to ensure we’re a great fit for each other:
Application & Portfolio Review: We start by diving into your work. We’re looking for case studies that showcase your problem-solving process, research depth, and how you handle complex logic—not just the final UI.
People & Culture Screen: A brief conversation with our HR team to align on expectations, values, and your career trajectory.
Hiring Manager Interview: A deep dive into your technical expertise and experience with complex systems.
Cross-Functional Panel: You’ll meet the people you’ll work with daily - a Product Designer, a Product Manager, and a Front-End Engineer. We’ll discuss collaboration, technical feasibility, and product-led growth.
Design Challenge (Case Study): A take-home assignment over a few days where you’ll tackle a real-world problem. This is your chance to demonstrate your research, speed , and ability to turn complex requirements into elegant solutions.
