Recruitment Process:
We’ve designed a focused, four-step process to evaluate both your design craft and your ability to work within a high-velocity engineering environment:
Application & UI Portfolio Review: Our team will review your portfolio with a focus on design system maturity. We want to see how you handle component architecture, variables, and high-density enterprise interfaces—not just static screens.
People & Culture Screen: A brief introductory call with HR to discuss your career goals, expectations, and alignment with our fast-paced culture.
Hiring Manager Interview: A deep dive into your technical UI workflow. We’ll discuss your experience scaling design systems, managing design tokens, and how you ensure consistency across complex B2B/SaaS platforms.
Cross-Functional Panel: A final session with a Product Designer and a Front-End Engineer. This interview focuses on the "design-to-code" handoff, your understanding of technical constraints, and how you collaborate to build scalable, production-ready components.
