Senior Technical Recruiter (Promotion to Talent Acquisition Lead)

OPPORTUNITY
LotusFlare is looking for a high-performing AI-focused Senior Technical Recruiter who is ready to step into a leadership role. For the first 6 months, you will operate as a technical recruiter, closing critical IT roles and auditing our current processes. Upon successfully meeting KPIs and demonstrating leadership impact, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing the global team and strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personally manage the full-cycle recruitment for complex IT roles (at least 6 months before the promotion)
Audit our current metrics. Identify gaps in Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Offer, and Recruiter KPIs, etc.
Identify manual bottlenecks and implement AI-driven solutions to make the recruitment funnel faster, more precise, and highly automated.
Take an active role in preparing global recruitment reports by leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven metrics to drive data-backed decision-making.
Strong cooperation with the hiring manager
Performing background and reference checks
Forecasting recruitment
REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor's Degree or certification in HR/Tech (good to have)
Experienced in the Tech industry
Expert-level knowledge of AI sourcing and recruiting tools, automated outreach.
Previous experience as a Team Lead is a plus (at least for a local team or specific department)
A good understanding of technology and technical skills, with a focus on software. engineering. Roles will include Server Engineer, Infrastructure / SRE Engineer, Support Engineer, etc.
6+ years of equivalent experience in a high-performing IT company
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment processes and platform management
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
Ready to thrive and drive results in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
