Responsibilities:

At LotusFlare, we obsess over customers and quality. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure that our services operate at scale with high reliability. You will design testing strategies, build automation, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

● Own end-to-end quality strategy for backend services and distributed systems

● Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, and system-level validation

● Build and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines

● Perform API, integration, and end-to-end testing

● Identify gaps in test coverage and drive improvements

● Partner with developers to improve code testability and reduce defect leakage

● Analyze production issues and contribute to root cause analysis

● Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to ensure quality and improve testability

● Develop and execute automation tests

Requirements:

● 4+ years of experience in QA or Software Development in Test

● Experience in manual and automated testing

● Experience with leveraging AI , understanding of MCPs, RAG, AI Agents

● Programming experience in Java, Python or similar languages

● Experience with API testing and tools such as SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter

● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

● Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

● Previous Telco experience

● Experience in designing and building automation frameworks

● Experience with Selanium, Appium or Playwright
