Data Product Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Own and contribute to the strategy, vision, prioritization, and execution of data analytics products across web and mobile platforms.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify business drivers, user behavior, and market opportunities.
Define and track core business and product metrics.
Design, execute, and evaluate growth experiments and A/B tests across acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization funnels.
Convert complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Analyze product performance and user behavior to improve web and mobile user experience.
Present insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and external clients.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Support and manage complex, cross-functional growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive data-driven product and growth decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion and critical business metrics.
Establish and monitor KPIs and product metrics.
Conduct experimentation and statistical analysis to validate growth initiatives.
Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into business strategies.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to execute growth initiatives.
Communicate insights effectively to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
Experience: 1–5 years in Product Management, Software Development, Growth Product Management, Data Analytics, or related areas.
Exceptional fresh graduates with strong quantitative capabilities may also be considered.
Strong ability to synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into timely, accurate, and actionable decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
Strong business orientation with a focus on improving critical product and business metrics.
Efficiency with mainstream AI tools/models and ability to leverage AI in daily workflows.
Technical Skills & Experience:SQL: Strong proficiency in querying and analyzing large datasets.
Python: Strong proficiency for data analysis and analytical workflows.
Data Visualization/BI: Experience with Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or equivalent tools.
Data Analysis: Strong hands-on experience with exploratory and quantitative data analysis.
A/B Testing: Experience designing, executing, and interpreting controlled experiments.
Statistics: Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their application to product/growth analytics.
Product Analytics: Experience analyzing user behavior, funnels, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Growth Analytics: Experience identifying and measuring growth opportunities through data.
Experimentation: Ability to use data and experimentation to validate product and growth hypotheses.
Business Analytics: Ability to connect analytical findings with business outcomes and product strategy.
