Technical Assessment

This phase consists of interviews with the hiring manager and team members, primarily focused on evaluating your technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and collaboration style. For specific roles, this step may also include a practical task or case study to demonstrate relevant skills.

Offer & Welcome Aboard

If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a formal offer including all the necessary details for your next steps. Once you join, we’ll make sure you have a smooth and warm start.
